Brian and Sarah immediately went into action, showcasing our home in the best possible way. Their photographer is wonderful. It was a whirlwind of advertising, a busy open house, multiple showings and within days - multiple offers, over asking! This team is about results and solutions! Everyone on the team is responsive to calls, emails and texts. Sarah went so above and beyond that I felt like she was my personal assistant. I was in the process of moving and did not have access to my office equipment. Sarah made calls on my behalf, emailed, faxed and did whatever she had to so we could get all our paperwork in order so we could close quickly. I am truly grateful for their hard work, guidance, expertise, friendliness and common sense which made selling our home a rewarding and positive experience.

In the end, though, Brian was the one who was spot with everything. It sold for the price he predicted and to the type of person he imagined. The estate could have saved time and money had they just gone with him.
